Our client, a pan- European Real Estate firm, are looking to hire an Investment Analyst to join the Dublin team.
The Role:
* Create and maintain investment models including sensitivity analysis and debt structuring.
* Support drafting of deal memos, information memorandums and other supporting documents.
* Assist senior team members in preparation of investment appraisals for Investment Committee.
* Market research and analysis to support investment decision making.
Requirements:
* 2-4 year's experience in Real Estate, Finance, or other investment role.
* Excellent modelling skills and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong team player and ability to collaborate and work on own initiative
* Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
