Investment Banking Manager

Our client, an industry leading Corporate Finance advisory firm, is currently looking to hire an Investment Banking Manager to join their industry leading team. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of mandates across M&A and Debt Advisory. We are looking to speak to candidates who have 5-7 years of experience working in an M&A or corporate finance related role.
Responsibilities: Working closely with Senior Directors, supporting transactions from cradle to graveBuilding client relationships across multiple industriesIdentifying opportunities and preparing pitch book documentsAttending networking events and building industry contactsThe requirements: CFA qualified or studying towards qualificationTransaction Services/Corporate Finance experience is essentialExperience building complex financial modelsHighly numerical individual with a commercial mindsetThis role represents an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in analyzing companies and working closely with an industry leading, experienced team.
