THE ROLEKey responsibilities include:
Industry and company research assistingSupporting companies in business growth plans, analysing financial and operational resultsResearching legal and accounting issues related to transactionsDrafting investment term sheets and legal documentationFinancial modellingABOUT THE PERSONQualifications and experience required:
Qualified accountant or CFA charterholderAt least 1 year post-qualified experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Investment Banking, Restructuring, M&A, or equivalentStrong academic background with excellent analytical and IT skillsExperience in financial due diligence, business valuations, and investment structuring is a strong advantageProactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability to new challenges, and the ability to build relationshipsWorking across all business types, but exclusively within the accounting, finance & tax community, Barden exists to share bespoke advice, guidance and support to professionals along each step of their career journey.
