It manages a complex portfolio of public assets and liabilities, including the State Claims Agency and the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund.
Future Ireland Funds The NTMA is establishing a new business unit, the Future Ireland Funds, to manage the Future Ireland Fund (FIF) and the Infrastructure, Climate and Nature Fund (ICNF). This is an exciting opportunity to join a new and growing team.

Principal Accountabilities The Investment Manager – S&RI will work with the Future Ireland Funds team across the full range of the Funds' investment activities, including:
Reviewing and enhancing the Future Ireland Funds' Sustainability and Responsible Investment approachEvolving reporting processes, data collection, and metricsAssessing ESG risks across the investment portfoliosIdentifying emerging risks and developing management approachesSupporting investment teams to advance their ESG strategiesProviding ESG insights to colleagues and stakeholdersDelivering and enhancing internal and external sustainability reportingKnowledge and Experience The ideal candidate will:
Have a relevant third level degree; advanced degree or CFA designation is helpfulDemonstrate a keen interest in sustainable and responsible investmentExperience Minimum 7 years' experience in the Sustainable Finance sector, preferably in investment/fund managementExperience developing and delivering strategies involving multiple stakeholdersKnowledge of the investment/fund management industry is desirableSkills Diligent, self-motivated, and a clear thinkerFlexible team player capable of managing multiple stakeholdersComfortable with evolving prioritiesIntegrity, discipline, curiosity, and commitmentExperience in managing direct reports is desirable but not essential.
