Investment & Trading Reporting Specialist

Investment & Trading Reporting SpecialistOur client, a globally recognised investment manager, is currently looking to hire an experienced Investment or Trading operations professional for their global shareholdings reporting team. This position is initially a 12-month contract. Responsibilities:Monitoring trading/shareholding thresholds for equities across the group.Managing the exposures across all global investment desks.Filing associated report submissions across all global entities.Maintaining data integrity by reconciling holdings, funds, and static data.Providing timely and accurate notifications to local compliance teams when report submissions are required.Job Requirements:Proven success working in a markets or investment operations role within Fund Administration, Investment Management, or Trading/Investment Banking.Exposure to investment compliance or regulatory reporting is an advantage.Data management experience is preferable.Strong Microsoft Office skills with excellent communication skills.Ability to work on own initiative, prioritise workloads & meet deadlines.How to Apply:For further information on this job opportunity please apply via this link with your CV or call Stephen O'Connor on 01 539 0610.
