Onnec Ireland Ltd currently have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Accountant to join our Clonshaugh, Dublin based team.

The successful candidate will report to the Financial Controller.
What you'll be doing as our Financial Accountant: Responsible for preparing the groups monthly management accounts, including all balance sheet reconciliations and profit and loss analysis.
Follow up and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner.
Assist in the preparation of management packs for the Group.
Prepare the weekly cashflow forecast to be submitted to the Group.
Provide analysis and commentary on the above as required.
Responsible for treasury management across all entities.
Administrate the monthly supplier payment runs.
Deputise for the Financial Controller during holiday periods, etc.
Performing general accounting duties including all taxation heads reporting responsibilities and CSO reporting for both ROI and NI.
Identify opportunities to improve performance, agree them with the management team and ensure they are fully implemented.
Intercompany reconciliations, transfer pricing and journal entries Support the forecasting and budgeting procedure.
Commercial Management Accountant Duties: Prepare monthly pay applications for all ongoing Datacentre projects across Ireland and Denmark.
Ensure accurate preparation/reporting of revenues/costs for each phase or project, including full cost analysis (Materials/Labour/Expenses) and variance analysis.
Finance lead in relation to all Datacentre monthly audit meetings and quarterly business reviews.
Responsible for authorising all material, equipment, rental and freight usage summaries as well as purchase invoice control in relation to all Datacentre projects.
Work as part of the DCC management team to track and increase the profitability of the division, review the performance of DCC projects, and ensure profitability is in line with expectations.
All other duties as assigned.
What we're looking for in our Financial Accountant: Newly or Part-Qualified Accountant with 3 years of experience in industry.
Strong analytical skillset with ability to draw meaningful information from the data.
Excellent communication skills with ability to develop working relationships.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work to deadlines with good prioritisation and time management skills.
Very high level of proficiency with MS Excel.
Ability to work on own initiative and see 'the bigger picture'.
Ambition is a must for this role, we are looking for someone who is self-motivated with a driven attitude.
Experience using Intact ERP system is advantageous.
