Role Overview: As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing to the optimization of IT systems.
This role is perfect for someone who is eager to work in a professional, fast-paced environment and gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities: Networking: Knowledge of network installation and IPv4/v6 setup.
Familiarity with Wi-Fi infrastructure, including UNIFI Ubiquity administration.
Experience with Fortinet firewalls and VPN setup.
Servers: Understanding of server management (DELL EMC, SAN, and HOST servers).
Experience with backup systems like VEEAMs for disaster recovery.
Microsoft Systems: Experience with Windows Server, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
Basic knowledge of Azure cloud services.
Hardware & Devices: Experience with installing and configuring computer hardware (PCs, laptops, printers).
Other Skills: Good understanding of basic ITIL processes and system documentation.
Experience with system troubleshooting and basic database support.
Candidate Profile: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and virtualization.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
Familiarity with disaster recovery practices, ITIL frameworks, and system documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft systems and cloud services.
