Job Description: CRM Dynamics Developer Role Overview This is a 12-month daily rate contract for our client, a large pensions sector company based in Dublin 1.
The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with two days per week onsite in Dublin City Centre.
Applicants must possess an EU/Irish passport or a full, valid work permit.
Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise and experience across the following areas: Necessary Skills CRM / MS Dynamics Expertise: Proven experience in development, configuration, solutions evaluation, validation, and deployment of CRM systems.
Dynamics CRM Implementation: Hands-on experience in development, support, system testing, and end-user training.
Advanced Dynamics Knowledge: Familiarity with Dynamics 365 PSA, Field Service, Outlook Integrations, and upgrades is a significant advantage.
Web Application Development: Proficiency in .NET and Azure stack is a strong plus.
Desired Skills Experience with LetterGen, Kofax 360, or similar technical tools.
Ability to convey technical concepts in plain language and actively listen to understand issues and objectives.
Innovative problem-solving skills with a methodical and reasoned approach to troubleshooting complex issues.
General Experience & Skills Minimum 5 Years IT Experience: Relevant application development experience, empowering candidates to move beyond development into solution design for business requirements.
Familiarity with Agile Values: Ownership of tasks, self-organisation, collaboration with team members, and self-driven work ethic.
Scrum Ceremonies: Competent knowledge and experience.
Database Concepts: Solid understanding of database structures and concepts.
Ability to analyse, prepare, execute, and test coding changes effectively.
Multi-skilled capabilities to handle multiple parts of the SDLC simultaneously.
