The role of an IT Business Analyst is varied but it is essentially a key bridge between business process, stakeholders and IT resulting in continued digital transformation for Chanelle.
Moreover, the role is to identify challenges, opportunities within specific business processes (through gathering user stories and supporting data, artefacts) and work to provide effective and transformative digital solutions in addition to progressing initiatives (either individually or as part of a larger project) to streamline operations and improve functionality, procedures/ policies, efficiency whilst maintaining compliance in our regulated environment.
