Partner, The Panel, Executive Search & SelectionPermanent and Hybrid role in North East Leinster We want to see a candidate whose career demonstrates they have a strong Finance background – including working with the Finance dept on implementing new systems, processes, and SOP . In this role you will engage with the group finance team to review end-to-end processes and use the latest technology to streamline the current ones.
You will work with both the Group Finance Team and IT regarding best practices.
Review the existing finance/treasury systems and recommend new guidelines including streamlining, improve process and efficiencies.The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background and will organise workshops, document requirements (BRDs) and analyse findings to understand the business processes and user needs.Continuous Improvement – Always look at ways to improve how we operate – and look to automate where possible.Solution Design – Work with the relevant teams to design appropriate IT solutions.Testing and quality assurance – Assist in test planning, test case creation, and test execution.You should have good experience with finance and treasury systems and reporting tools like PowerBI/BI360.
You should have excellent communications, listening and influencing skills.
