Ergo is on the hunt for an IT Helpdesk Engineer to join us permanently in the heart of Dublin city centre. If you're savvy with the M365 stack and love helping out your fellow colleagues, this might just be the gig for you!
Here's what you'll be getting up to: Keeping an eye on system alerts and nipping issues in the bud.Saving the day by troubleshooting and fixing tech problems for our team.Documenting your troubleshooting steps and creating handy knowledge base articles.Offering general support for office applications and mobile devices/smartphones.Managing and supporting multi-function devices.Handling hardware and software installations like a pro.Logging all your work and issues with top-notch standards in our ticketing platform.Maintaining our hardware asset inventory.Rolling out new user devices like laptops, PCs, tablets, and phones.Supporting our meeting room AV systems, including Google Meet and Teams.Here's what we're looking for: 3+ years in a similar role (Service Desk Analyst, Systems Administrator, IT Support, Helpdesk Engineer).Strong skills with Microsoft O365 / Exchange.Experience with laptop builds and imaging.Knowledge of networking and network gear.Experience managing Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, and DNS.Industry qualifications (CCNA, MSCE, MS Azure) are a bonus!This is an onsite role with fantastic perks like a pension, health insurance, and 25 days of annual leave.
