IT Managed Services Engineer - Dublin WestErgo are seeking an IT Managed Services Engineer for a permanent role in Dublin 15 area. As an IT Managed Services Engineer you will provide 1 st and 2 nd level/escalation/field support to a diverse client list remotely and on-site.
You will support client infrastructure projects to completion working with both cloud and to a lesser-extent on-prem solutions.
You will work on Office 365 and Azure migrations in an enjoyable environment with strong salary plus benefits including mobile phone, laptop and pension.
What will you do? Provide 2 nd line expertise, guidance and support for a range of infrastructure solutions including cloud-based managed services, on-premise server solutions, backups and storageEffective diagnosis & troubleshooting of server hardware, desktops, laptops, printers, and Microsoft desktop applicationsInstallation and configuration of servers (physical and virtual). Desktops, laptops, and infrastructure hardwareExperience of endpoint managementActive Directory users and computers managementInteraction with project teams to facilitate new systems and upgradesApply information security in accordance with the established team policies, procedures and work instructionsMaintain and develop professional skill set through ongoing certificationYou should have the following experience: Previous experience in a similar role (Systems Administrator, IT Engineer, Field Engineer, Service Desk) ideally in an MSP or similarMicrosoft stack including M365 (Teams, One Drive, SharePoint)Deployment tools (SCCM / Intune)Windows Server AdminNetworkingProfessional certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, VCP, Azure, Office 365 a real advantage
