IT Service Delivery Manager Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee our client's IT Operations, Technical Support, and Service Delivery functions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high compliance with audit and legislative requirements. Your focus will be on optimising the performance of our IT systems, ensuring the highest level of service delivery, and driving continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage IT Operations, Technical Support, Desktop Support, and Service Delivery teams in a large-scale, "always on" environment.Develop and implement processes for efficient IT operations and service delivery.Collaborate with IT Partners and Vendors to manage SLAs and ensure optimal performance.Ensure compliance with audit and legislative requirements.Oversee and optimise IT budgets and vendor management.Drive continuous improvement in system performance and process efficiency.Experience Required: Over 5+ years of experience in managing IT Operations, Technical Support, Desktop Support, and Service Delivery teams.Strong technical knowledge in Microsoft technologies, LAN/WAN and SAN, Cybersecurity, Disaster Recovery, Epos Systems, Digital solutions, Office365, and Cloud technologies.Extensive experience with network redesign, Microsoft Solutions, Tenant Migrations, Systems upgrades/implementation, and IT project delivery.Strong skills in managing teams and resources effectively.
