Are you our next IT Sourcing and Contract Management Lead? Location: Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in procurement software and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and market trends. Preferred Qualifications: Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CIPS). Experience in managing global suppliers and contracts. Familiarity with ITIL and other IT service management frameworks. Your Responsibilities: Develop Sourcing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies to meet clients' IT needs. Analyse market trends and conditions to identify potential suppliers and sourcing opportunities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly. Procurement Management: Manage the end-to-end procurement process (public and private sector) for IT products and services. Prepare and issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and other procurement documents. Evaluate supplier proposals, negotiate terms, and select the best suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to ensure favourable outcomes for our clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure continuous improvement and innovation. Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Draft, review, and manage SLAs to ensure they meet clients' requirements and standards. Monitor supplier performance against SLAs and take corrective actions when necessary. Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and service level commitments. Third-Party Contract Management: Oversee the management of third-party contracts, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with regulations and policies. Conduct regular reviews of third-party performance and address any issues or concerns. Stakeholder, Project Management and Implementation: Collaborate with senior executives to understand organisational priorities and tailor IT solutions accordingly. Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, actionable terms to non-technical stakeholders. Oversee the execution of IT transformation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope. Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Mitigate risks and resolve challenges proactively.
