Our client, a leading global healthcare company in Longford, is recruiting an IT Specialist on an initial 6 month contract.
Requirements:Experience with business management, systems engineering, operations research, and management engineering aspects of the role.Specialization in particular software or business applications utilized in an end user environment.Keeps abreast of technological developments and applications.Work closely with other IT / Design teams to specify / prioritise project scope and implement effective business solutions.Work closely with all business functions in the implementation of high quality Information System solutions in line with business objectives.Construct documentation in line with the Software Life Cycle (SLC) and Validation processes and procedures.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.Project Management: Experience in managing IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.Security Awareness: Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices to protect information systems.Customer Service Orientation: Ability to provide excellent support and service to end-users.Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and changing business needs.Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to assess complex systems and processes.Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.Continuous Learning: Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends.
