It Support Engineers - Dublin West

We are growing further and have opportunities for IT Support Engineers to work with our public sector client in Tallaght, Dublin West.
If you have experience with network support, Windows Systems Administration, mobile device management and hardware installation then we'd love to speak to you.
These are 12-month contracts with some field work required so you should have your own transport.

What will you do? Provide helpdesk and onsite support to large user base to include troubleshooting of servers and Network DevicesDeploy OS updates and network patchesMaintain anti-virus software and endpoint protection softwareSite visits to install / troubleshoot hardware and devices which will include network connectivity, printers, AV and 3 rd party applicationsPC ImagingEnd User Admin with Active DirectoryTest and implement System BackupsMaintain a list of Software LicensesImplement IT projects including infrastructure upgrades and software migrationsYou should experience in the following: 4+ years in a similar role (Field Engineer, Systems Administrator, IT Engineer, Helpdesk)Active DirectoryLaptop ImagingOS and Network patchingYou will also need: Full Driver's LicenseOwn Transport
