Job DescriptionThe Role:
Elgin is accepting applications for our 2025 IT Support Graduate Programme.
The successful graduate would be expected to start in September 2025.
Our IT Support Graduate Programme provides an intensive 18-month learning journey with the IT Operations Team.
The programme aims to give you experience across all areas of Information Technology, preparing you for the role of IT Support Specialist.
Day to Day Activities: Supporting Elgin's internal IT systems which include a range of Microsoft products and services such as Windows operating systems, Office 365 productivity suite (including applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
), Azure cloud services, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and various development/operational tools used day to day by all departments, including the full Power Platform suite of Dynamics 365, Power BI, Business Central, and Azure DevOps.Supporting the internal IT Helpdesk system used for internal requests regarding IT system related problems.Supporting all hardware IT requirements across each department.Monitoring, management support, and configuration of Elgin's infrastructure.Provisioning accounts and equipment.Providing desktop support for users.
