: - Lead and manage the IT and Tech Support Teams to maintain high performance levels.
- Implement and improve systems, procedures, and methodologies to support outstanding service delivery.

- Deliver key IT projects aligned with business strategy and goals.

- Manage Technical Support service delivery to meet customer expectations and drive future demand.
- Lead recruitment, retention, performance appraisals, training, and mentoring within the team.
- Ensure timely and within-budget implementation of system and service improvements.

: - Relevant IT qualification and previous experience in a team lead position.
- Strong IT security knowledge and a customer-focused mindset.

- Expertise in people management and leadership.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP Business One experience is an advantage).
- Desired experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Proven record in identifying and implementing business software.
- Strong project management experience.
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills, flexibility, and adaptability.
