Java Developer

Who are we looking for? Looking for relevant 3 to 5 years Java professionals for Design and Development of application software or products. The individual should be passionate about technology and experienced in developing and managing cutting-edge technology applications. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, OOPS, Exception handling, Multi-Threading, Generics, and design patterns. Proficient in designing and developing web applications using Java/J2EE. Working experience in Spring Boot, Spring Integration, and REST Web services. Exposure to UI technologies/frameworks like JavaScript, Angular/React JS, Flux, and knowledge of CSS, HTML, etc. Experience with build tools like Tomcat and Maven. Experience in writing JUnit tests. Good communication skills and a go-getter attitude. Good debugging skills using Eclipse and browsers. Capable of working independently. Added Advantage: Experience with CI/CD tools like GIT, Docker, Jenkins, Ansible. Working knowledge of databases like Oracle and application servers like Tomcat, WebLogic. Knowledge of Linux/Unix/Windows server OS. Exposure to test automation technologies such as Selenium, FitNesse, Mockito, JUnit, or other testing frameworks. Experience working in a fast-paced environment using Agile methodologies. A person with technical thrust who keeps up to date with the latest technology trends, practices, and patterns. Knowledge of open-source technologies and Cloud. Process Skills: Capable of analyzing requirements and developing software as per the project-defined software process. Develop and peer review LLD (Initiate/participate in peer reviews). Ability to execute test plans, create test cases, and contribute to the appropriate software development life cycle methodology. Behavioral Skills: Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs. Participate as a team member and foster teamwork by inter-group coordination within the project modules. Effectively collaborate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction. Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activities. Certification: Added advantage to have a Java certification.
