What you can expect Together with the commissioning departments of the Health Department, you will define the technical requirements for the digitalization of the complex business processes in these areas.
The focus is on the business processes of the Munich Municipal Cemeteries and the Municipal Funeral Service.
You will advise the specialist departments and model alternative process designs and solution concepts.
You will be responsible for the ongoing requirements management of a group of modules and specialist applications.
You will be responsible for the technical support of procurement procedures, creating the technical requirements as well as interface, implementation and training concepts.
