Tasks As a Cloud Systems Engineer, you will lead process development in the area of identity management.
You will design processes, some of which are highly complex, and conduct workflow analyses to improve customer satisfaction and promote process automation.
You analyze and evaluate highly complex workflow processes and adapt them to changing conditions.
As part of regular software updates in Identity Management, you will independently design and analyze test procedures and carry them out.
You will be responsible for setting up, developing and operating cloud solutions (Azure, AWS) with a focus on IT security, performance and availability.
You integrate interfaces into the existing process landscape in the different system levels (cloud / on-premises) The conceptual cooperation in the introduction of new systems rounds off your area of responsibility with us.
Requirements You have a degree in computer science, economics or engineering or a comparable qualification.
You have already gained experience in working with the Azure and AWS cloud environments and in project work.
You are very familiar with ITIL-based service management.
Thanks to your high level of process excellence, you also have no problems working with the IDM software used.
