Your tasks You will be responsible for setting up, dismantling and converting our data center infrastructure and the central computer rooms at our locations and ensure that everything is running smoothly by carrying out thorough checks, maintenance and, if necessary, repairs.
You have the associated logistics, including deliveries and inventory, under control and in view.
Our IT systems in the data center and the central computer rooms are also in good hands with you: You prepare them for operation, maintain them and are at the forefront of support.
Communication and knowledge transfer play a major role for you, not only when you are providing advice and assistance to our IT administrators or supporting them in provider management (SLA management and control).
In addition, you will also maintain instructions, operating and emergency manuals and help with the documentation and optimization of operating and governance processes.
