As part of the IT department, we ensure a modern IT and telecommunications infrastructure, implement professional IT solutions and secure the IT operations of the City of Munich with over 1,200 employees in our own company it@M. Digital file management enables and promotes the digitalization of the city administration - it is one of the central components of our digitalization strategy.
We are setting up a Competence Center for this topic and are looking for committed talents like you who would like to help us shape the history of digital file management at LHM.
In future, the eFile service will be provided for around 25,000 users in all municipal departments and in-house operations.
What you can expect As part of our dynamic team, you will work on the implementation and optimization of electronic file solutions.
You will be responsible for the life cycle management of a complex IT purchasing solution with business-critical risks and numerous interfaces to internal and external partner processes in the input management and eFile environment.
This includes the implementation of release management, forward-looking planning and coordination in the context of further development, care and maintenance, the provision of 3rd level support and the assessment of risks and costs for change proposals.
In addition, you will process error messages as part of support and the associated release management.
In all of these activities, you will also manage communication with the customer, the external software manufacturer and our infrastructure teams and coordinate the cooperation of all parties involved.
This also includes the further development of the IT architecture and the connection of other systems via a REST interface.
As the eFile Competence Center is still being set up, there may be organizational changes as well as changes to the scope of tasks.
