The position is set up as a staff position and reports directly to the Mayor and the Alderman.
Your tasks: We reserve the right to assign further tasks.
The development, planning, management and implementation of a sustainable, holistic digitalization strategy, Preparation of decision-making aids for strategic digitization decisions by administrative management and politicians Communication of digitization processes with politics and citizens, Implementation of new digital tools in existing administrative processes, Modeling new process flows with digital support, Central consulting and contact point for digitization matters, Participation in internal and external working groups, Promotion of inter-municipal exchange in the field of digitalization, Reporting in the political bodies.
This is a prerequisite: A degree (Bachelor's, Master's or comparable qualification) in the fields of IT management, business informatics, business administration, administrative science, communication science or a comparable subject.
If the personal requirements under career law are met, you can also be employed as a civil servant up to grade A12 LBesG.
Otherwise, the criteria of suitability, aptitude and professional performance are decisive for the selection of applicants.
