This will be your job... You will support our customers by phone and/or in writing, answer their questions and help them with problems using our software.
You document the solutions in our ticket system You deal with complex issues and analyze them independently or together in a team You work together with the development, quality assurance and product management departments in the development process as required You take over the day-to-day system maintenance for our customers in the operational service via remote access You represent the application support at customer events or on site at our customers' premises You actively shape the further development of the team and the optimization of internal processes You actively support the transition from our existing software to the new software generation This is what we want... You have a strong customer focus and strong communication skills Ideally, you already have experience in the area of SGB VIII or comparable legal bases You are characterized by an independent, solution-oriented way of working and the ability to work in a team You are interested in software, have an affinity for IT and a basic technical understanding Ideally, you have some experience in support Ideally, you have technical knowledge of how software works, such as database connections for desktop or web applications This is what you might think...
