At the earliest possible date, we are looking to fill a permanent position in the Digital Transformation and IT Infrastructure department in the area of Digital Transformation as a Employee (m/f/d) technical IT and process consulting for digital transformation We are looking for applicants who can tackle the diverse tasks and extraordinary challenges at a university with a great deal of commitment and motivation and keep an overview even in stressful situations.
Your tasks You will lay the foundations for a future process-oriented way of working by further expanding the process map.
Your work will focus on projects in the area of process orientation and digitalization.
They support the work in these projects, advise specialist project managers and process owners on questions of process design and IT implementation, record and model business processes, convert them into executable applications, keep an eye on the big picture and are the link to thematically related projects.
This includes, among other things: Analysis of the current situation (organization, processes and systems), identification of optimization potential, design of innovative target processes, derivation of requirements and selection of suitable solution providers Consolidation of the results in the form of specifications (derivation of requirements) Independent implementation of digitization projects in the form of no-code/low-code applications, e.g.
with Javascript.
Development and adaptation of technical interfaces, e.g.
SOAP or REST.
Project management of cross-departmental digitization projects, currently preparation and implementation of digitization in accordance with the Online Access Act (OZG) and the E-Government Act NRW (EGovG) in cooperation with the OZG coordinator, the internal central and decentralized departments and external service providers and partners.
Our requirements As a basis, you have a university degree (e.g.
in business informatics, industrial engineering or computer science) and ideally have professional experience in the field of digital transformation consulting, administrative digitization and/or project and process management.
In addition, you have knowledge in the development and implementation of digitalization strategies as well as process and strategic IT system and IT architecture knowledge in an overall organizational context.
You have an understanding of the legal foundations and current developments, including in the area of EGovG/OZG.
You have a confident and engaging manner, combined with strong communication and social skills, and act confidently and cooperatively with the various internal and external stakeholders.
A results-oriented way of working and a high level of service orientation are a matter of course for you.
General information about the position: The place of work is either Hamm or Lippstadt.
Home office arrangements are available at the university.
The permanent full-time position is to be filled at the earliest possible date.
Depending on the tasks assigned and fulfillment of the personal requirements, the position will be graded up to pay group 12 according to the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L).
In principle, positions can also be filled on a part-time basis, provided there are no official reasons to the contrary in individual cases.
