For the co-management of our IT department, we are looking to fill a permanent position at the earliest possible date as Head of Digitalization (f/m/d) full-time position with a regular working week of currently 39 hours and 50 minutes.
Remuneration is in accordance with TV-L and is possible up to pay group 13 if the relevant requirements are met.

Your area of responsibility includes: Co-management of the department Joint management of the future "IT and Digitalization" department in close cooperation with the Head of IT Analysis and conception Identification of requirements and development of strategies for the digitalization of processes in administration and teaching.
Planning the necessary comprehensive digital transformation in university operations.
Advice on integrating digital technologies into teaching and learning processes.
Communication Collaborative and trusting cooperation with the university management and all stakeholders in the joint prioritization of requirements and projects.
Shaping changes in the digital transformation, communicating with the university and participating in central steering committees.
IT project management Coordination and active participation in the project phases consulting, solution design and implementation.
Determination of the required interfaces to existing IT systems and coordination with the IT team.
Process consulting Support in optimizing technical processes.
Interface for cross-university strategic projects, coordination with the joint IT office of the universities of art and music.
Data management Topics around online access law and e-government as well as data protection.
