What you can expect As an IT Business Partner, you will find yourself in an exciting working environment that is characterized by an understanding of the needs and goals of our customers, municipal departments and in-house operations.
You will support IT in its development into a business enabler and maximize added value for customers.
In doing so, you will balance the goal of customer satisfaction with the goals of cost-effectiveness and standardization.
You will also be responsible for customer relationship management and shaping relationships, particularly with the management levels in the specialist units.
You will create transparency on all IT topics and represent the interests of customers vis-à-vis IT.
As the contact person for all customer concerns and escalation instance, you will be familiar with the wishes and concerns of the customer departments and, in coordination with your colleagues, identify city-wide issues and lead them to a solution.
