You will be responsible for on-site support and IT infrastructure maintenance at our multi-user locations in the region (combined with corresponding travel activities) as well as the initial setup of workstations including user training.
You analyze and rectify IT faults in close coordination with the responsible persons at the respective locations You ensure the classification, resolution and documentation of support cases and work with our ticket system in this context.
You take part in the regular on-call service.
What sets you apart: You have professional experience in IT or a comparable IT qualification.
You work independently, are customer-oriented and enjoy interacting with people.
You have a good command of written and spoken German; knowledge of English is desirable You have a class B driving license.
