IT Interface Specialist Medical (m/f/d) Dräger Medical Deutschland GmbH - Job ID V000009549 Lübeck SH, Munich BY, Stuttgart BW, Hamburg HH, Frankfurt HE, Cologne NW, nationwide IT full-time We are looking for you for this As an 'IT Interface Specialist', you will work on configuring and adapting the interfaces of our patient data management system (PDMS) in hospitals.
In your role as a technical consultant, you will explain the products, their possible applications and functionality to our customers and coordinate their integration into the existing IT landscape.
You then implement what has been discussed technically, which accounts for around 2/3 of your working time.
Your tasks are: Realization of interfaces in PDMS projects, installation of integration computers based on Linux as well as investigation and correction of errors (mostly remote) Testing customizations in the lab and in the customer system Providing in-depth advice to our customers, passing on customer requirements to product management and creating solution concepts What you bring with you Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering or similar or comparable know-how, e.g.
acquired through many years of practical / professional experience Interest in Linux and databases, good skills in the administration of heterogeneous operating systems and relational database management You are familiar with Perl, Bash and SQL, experience with the HL7 standard and familiarity with healthcare processes would be ideal Good knowledge of English As an enthusiastic, communicative and persuasive personality, you will approach your tasks proactively, with an "uncompromising" customer and solution orientation and can already look forward to working with a highly motivated, qualified team.
Your new workplace Together with a colleague, you will work on the interfaces to our customers' systems.
You are very flexible in this role, as you can work from any location and connect to the customer's systems remotely.
You will speak on an equal footing with IT specialists from the healthcare sector and can give free rein to your expertise.
Naturally, you will be well prepared by us and equipped with the necessary know-how.
In addition, there is a team of specialists on various IT topics in the hospital environment who can provide assistance with various challenges.
