We are looking for someone to join our Freiberg branch with immediate effect: IT Key User (m/f/d) - Freiberg a.N.
Your areas of responsibility System-side permanent monitoring and control of orders and process sequences from customer call-off to provision on the assembly line for trouble-free and on-time order processing Monitoring of ranges and consultation in bottleneck situations with the logistics center, production and scheduling Taking over the creation and maintenance of master data, packing instructions, storage bins in the system (Kanban control) Deployment and support in commercial processing in logistics 1st level support in the event of malfunctions and IT application issues Support and training of users (m/f/d) on the applications used at the site Participation in the optimization of the applications in use and future systems Our requirements Completed training, ideally as a forwarding and logistics services clerk or IT systems clerk Experience in the automotive environment Experience in IT and logistics and as a key user or user of a merchandise management system Advanced knowledge of the SAP modules WM / MM Advanced knowledge of MS Office ( Excel, Power Point, Word ) Very good written and spoken German skills Willingness to work shifts (early/late/overnight) Experience in dealing with customers as well as customer-oriented thinking and acting Process-, quality- and solution-oriented work Assertiveness and ability to work independently We offer you Expanding, medium-sized company in a future-oriented industry Individual training and development opportunities Responsible and varied tasks Special leave for special occasions such as births, weddings, relocations or company anniversaries Flexible working hours Perks such as corporate benefits and similar We have convinced you!
