To this end, the Hanseatic City of Lübeck operates its own, up-to-date IT environment.
For our information technology department, we are looking for a:n IT Project Manager:in The area of responsibility includes Planning, implementation and management of IT projects and tasks, including monitoring project progress and risk management Working closely with the project client to define project goals and requirements Regular project reporting to the project stakeholders.
Management and motivation of project teams Coordinating and managing the employees and service providers involved in the project Maintaining customer relationships with all departments of the Hanseatic City of Lübeck Collaboration in the conceptualization and introduction of IT regulations and guidelines for the city administration Analysis and design of IT processes based on ITIL What is expected Degree (e.g.
computer science, business informatics or another beneficial degree) or proven equivalent skills and experience (e.g.
many years of relevant professional experience that qualifies for the advertised position) Several years of professional experience and sound knowledge in the field of project management Ideally practical experience in the implementation of ERP migration projects Knowledge of ITIL Strong communication skills in direct customer contact as well as a confident and engaging manner, high customer and result orientation Understanding of business administration What is offered A challenging and varied role in a changing environment with motivated and qualified employees Opportunities for internal and external training Agile and team-oriented work Independent completion of tasks Flexible working hours and the option to work from home up to 2 days per week A workplace with good transport connections in the immediate vicinity of Lübeck's old town Participation in the performance-related pay scheme A permanent full-time or part-time position Are you interested?
