Your tasks You will set up an efficient and comprehensive vendor/provider management system with an overview of regulatory requirements (EBA, BAIT, etc.)
as well as governance, risk and compliance management.
Through hands-on performance management (including the key figures SLAs, OLAs, KPIs), you always know what works where and when and can take preventive and corrective action by actively managing the contractually agreed provider services.
Of course, you also always keep an eye on the provider-related budget.
You regularly meet with your colleagues in service review meetings and are also a welcome contact person in interface management.
