We are looking for a dedicated IT Service Desk employee (gn) with experience, customer focus and a degree in computer science or business informatics.
Your tasks Customer contact: Central contact person (gn) for internal and external customers.
Fault management: Recording, analyzing and resolving fault reports and informing users.
Solution implementation: Implementing and initiating sustainable business solutions.
User support: Providing alternatives for users to bridge a disruption.
Service criteria: Ensuring compliance with the defined service criteria.
Supplier management: Operational management of suppliers.
Request management: Receiving change and service requests from users.
User support: Supporting users in the proper use of the technical resources and applications provided.
System monitoring: Monitoring and supervision of systems and applications.
Documentation: Documentation in German and English.
Escalation management: Regulation of escalations.
