Your tasks: You are responsible for 2nd level support (troubleshooting and case-closing processing of fault reports, including documentation in the service desk system) In your role, you will ensure the independent and timely installation, configuration, maintenance and support of hardware, software or telecommunications systems You will support employees in all matters relating to workplace hardware You are responsible for carrying out hardware relocations (PC, monitor, telephone, etc.)
You will also be involved in the inventory of IT end devices including CMDB maintenance You will be involved in the selection of technical equipment for workplace hardware and in projects You are the training officer in the group Cooperation with specialist departments and external partners complements your profile Your skills: Successfully completed IT training, e.g.
