Tasks In your new role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating project-specific data exchange in collaboration with internal and external customers as well as creating editorial content and technical documentation.
Thanks to your expertise, you will also be responsible for optimizing existing documentation.
You will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining document templates and creating training materials.
It's not just our customers who notice that you're a professional, but also your colleagues from Software Development, with whom you work closely.
Profile Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification and ideally further training with a focus on technical editing.
Ideally initial professional experience in the field of technical documentation and an affinity for editorial work (capturing, structuring and describing).
Knowledge of the broadcast industry would be ideal, but is not a must.
A confident use of common authoring tools, MS Office applications and a good command of German and English.
