The department is currently planning the introduction of new IT applications at the Bavarian health authorities and will make an operational contribution to rolling these out across the country through technical and IT support.
Versatile tasks that will challenge you Based on your technical expertise, you will answer questions in the project process in consultation with senior IT management and project management and thus ensure that objectives, framework conditions and legal funding requirements are met.
The main areas of activity and main tasks are as follows You will be involved in the development and continuous adaptation of the product vision and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders You will be available to the contracted service providers and parties involved in the public authority environment in questions of technical implementation and scheduling and thus take on the role of technical project management You take on tasks in the area of software development management, such as product owner aspects with the aim of prioritizing the product backlog, and ensure that it is always aligned with the goals of the LGL and the needs of the stakeholders You are responsible for test and rollout management (coaching, training [online and on-site], demonstration of software operation and release management) You plan plausibility checks of technical implementation proposals, carry them out and create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.
You plan and lead sprint planning meetings, reviews and retrospectives You monitor, coordinate and report on the progress of the development teams You act as an interface between stakeholders and development teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements (functional and technical) To ensure the feasibility of digital applications, you coordinate training management and organize software documentation You coordinate closely with first-level support and contribute to finding solutions You observe and analyze the market in order to understand new trends and competitor activities and incorporate them into product development Occasional on-site assignments with the specialist authorities, also together with the IT teams, round off the daily routine A CV that impresses us Professional requirements You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, business informatics, administrative informatics, business administration or a comparable field of study (Bachelor / Diploma [FH]) Ideally, you have around two years of professional experience as a product owner (m/f/d), ideally in the public sector and/or healthcare sector An advantage Previous experience in the ÖGD or as a consultant (m/f/d) in the healthcare sector or in digital transformation projects Experience in conceptual activities and project management Knowledge of agile methods and frameworks, e.g.
