To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for your support at the earliest possible date as: **IT specialist / system administrator (m/f/d) with experience or as a career starter for our service desk in 1st / 2nd level **full time 40h Tasks With your support, our currently around 1,600 users can use our IT offerings / managed services without any problems.
You will ensure the smooth operation and further development of the central IT infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft systems in conjunction with Hyper-V and Citrix.
You install and maintain specialist applications in the data center and make them technically available You independently carry out fault diagnoses and rectify technical faults You support IT projects including planning, implementation and documentation.
Qualification Completed training as an IT IT specialist for system integration / IT system electronics technician (m/f/d) and/or a technical degree in computer science or a comparable qualification Professional experience in application and/or system administration Sound knowledge of Microsoft server operating systems and server virtualization You have in-depth knowledge in at least one of these areas or would like to be trained in one of these areas: Microsoft Exchange on prem or M365 Windows Server operating systems 2016-2022 Virtualization Microsoft Hyper-V Network configuration in the areas of WAN, LAN, routing and firewalls Citrix knowledge is an advantage You have a strong analytical, logical and conceptual mindset and a high technical affinity You like to work independently in a goal- and performance-oriented manner.
You have good teamwork and communication skills and are willing to undergo further training.
