Project management and coordination of IT projects at the Faculty of Medicine, including the development of schedules, resource allocation and budget management Analysis of requirements, creation of project plans and definition of milestones Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and guidelines as part of IT project work Communication and coordination with internal and external users, suppliers, manufacturers and service providers Risk management and problem solving during the entire project cycle Evaluating the performance of IT systems and identifying opportunities for improvement What do we expect?
Completed studies in (medical/economic) computer science or a comparable field (Bachelor's degree) or proven professional experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility Proven professional experience in project management, preferably in the IT sector Sound knowledge of project management methods and tools is desirable Experience in working with different stakeholders and managing complex projects Good knowledge of German and European data protection and security standards advantageous What else do you bring to the table?
