Your future tasks Project Manager / Business Analyst: You have a strong project management or business analysis background and the know-how to communicate complex business requirements and their technical implementation with both the specialist sides and IT.
You also drive these requirements forward on a defined implementation timeline as a PM or accompany them as a BA.
Professional and technical background: For complex professional and technical issues, you have the necessary professional knowledge (in the TelCo area) and the technical background to develop functioning solutions together with the customer and third-party suppliers.
Expert for UX and UI design topics: You act as the central point of contact for all questions relating to user experience and user interface design and know how to get them implemented.
Testing the user interfaces: You take responsibility for testing the user interfaces in terms of implementation quality, technical requirements and design specifications, right through to an LRT (launch readiness test), i.e.
the (technical) acceptance of the user interfaces.
Flexible deployment: You will support with tests and other tasks related to the UX of the new web and mobile applications.
Communication with stakeholders: You will communicate regularly with UX teams, development teams and clients to gather, formulate and process requirements.
Management and maintenance of design resources: You manage and maintain the design resources of the applications for both existing and new systems.
Support in transformation projects: You will support complex international transformation projects in the formulation and documentation of business requirements.
What you bring with you A university degree in economics or computer science or comparable training is an advantage.
Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager, ideally in a (large) transformation project.
Interest in developing as a Business Analyst in the direction of project management.
Several years of experience in user experience design and a strong sense of UI design and design quality, including the ability to develop your own designs and assess the implementation quality of UI designs.
Experience in testing software, especially with regard to the implementation of UI designs and components.
Experienced with common design and collaboration tools such as Sketch, Figma, Zeplin as well as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and content maintenance.
Excellent organizational skills and strong communication skills, especially in complex transformation scenarios You are fluent in German and English.
