Job description In order to offer our customers solutions from a single source, we offer our software solutions as SaaS and managed services in our own data centers.
We are looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in the data center to professionally manage the interface between customers and the delivery units.

The position is to be filled at the earliest possible date at our location in Coburg.
Working from home is possible several times a week.
Your tasks: Building and maintaining customer relationships Managing the client within the framework of client governance Monitoring SLA compliance Conducting regular service review meetings Contact person for all content-related and technical questions from the customer Escalation instance between the customer and the operating organization Creation of offers and concepts for our customers in close cooperation with our sales and delivery team Drafting, negotiating and concluding corresponding contracts and SLAs Revenue and profitability management Qualifications Completed training or studies in IT / business administration, alternatively comparable professional experience Sound professional experience in the field of IT service provision (ideally up to 10 years) Technical understanding in the IT environment Basic knowledge of business administration Experience in customer service and service-oriented mindset Ability to present and document interrelationships Strong communication skills at various levels (customers, users, suppliers, etc.)
