What you can expect As a service employee in the Central TC Management & Services service team, you will be responsible for the provision, operation, further development and optimization of the central telephone systems and the associated technologies for the contact center, including service telephones and hotlines, conference systems, voice mailboxes, IVR and alarm systems.
You will support the project team and help shape future services by actively participating in the comprehensive migration of existing telecommunications systems to VoIP, site conversions, the implementation of new operating processes and requirements concepts, processes and consulting as well as customer training.
You will act as an interface and first point of contact for external service providers and coordinate and organize the teams on site.
