Your tasks Professional and disciplinary management of employees in the team Planning and managing tasks within IT End User Support Assigning and processing support tickets for 2nd level / 3rd level support Installing, troubleshooting and configuring operating systems and software in the client environment Contact person for project work - special hardware & client systems Management of external service providers and suppliers Ongoing coordination of processes and specifications with global ASML End-User Service Your qualification University degree in computer science / business informatics or related fields, corresponding several years of professional experience Proven experience in IT helpdesk / end user service Experience with system installation, configuration and analysis In-depth knowledge of end user system infrastructures including networking, IT security and cloud computing Good in-depth current knowledge of Windows Very good hardware knowledge in the peripheral and client area Knowledge of data protection processes and regulations (e.g.
