As part of the IT department, we ensure a modern IT and telecommunications infrastructure, implement professional IT solutions and secure the IT operations of the City of Munich with over 1,200 employees in our own company it@M. Digital file management enables and promotes the digital transformation of the city administration - it is one of the central components of our digitalization strategy.
To this end, we are expanding our eFile Competence Center and are looking for committed leaders in the Application Operations & Support and Release Management & Development teams who want to help us shape the history of digital file management at LHM.
We aim to be a comprehensive service provider and consultant for all aspects of the eFile.
What you can expect The eFile Competence Center combines the operation and further development of the city-wide eFile, the digital personnel file and city-wide input management, as well as future introductions and optimizations, support, consulting and training.
Our understanding and way of working are characterized by trust, cohesion, agility and goal orientation.
The teams are structured according to a DevOps model.
As a team leader, you will actively shape the development phase of your team, which has already begun, and establish standard processes.
You involve your team across all areas of responsibility, actively develop it further and shape collaboration with the other teams.
With the Application Operations & Support team, you will be responsible for the city-wide eFile and the digital personnel file, including operating and maintaining the IT systems, analysing and rectifying faults, adhering to the agreed service levels, monitoring the IT systems including capacity management, implementing operational security measures and system optimizations.
With the Release Management & Development team, you will be responsible for the city-wide eFile and the digital personnel file, including technical design, lifecycle management, release management, design and development of interface components, automation routines, quality assurance and risk analyses.
As the eFile Competence Center is still being set up, there may be organizational changes as well as changes to the scope of tasks.
