We are seeking a Junior Account Manager to support our Client Success Manager and help maintain our high standards of client satisfaction.
The successful candidate should be a self-starter with a flexible approach to supporting a range of client success priorities and campaigns.
You will assist in managing client accounts, updating the CRM, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring seamless communication between the company and its clients.
Salary and Location: Salary will be commensurate with experience.
While this role is mainly based in Dublin 2, flexibility is also required to work in our Citywest Office.
Candidates should ensure they can easily work between both offices as required.
Your Key Responsibilities Client Support: Support the Client Success Manager with client plans and communication, while also sometimes acting as point of contact for assigned client inquiries, providing timely and effective responses.Account Management: Assist the Client Success Manager with launching onboarding new clients, maintaining client records diligently on the CRM, and preparing account updates for weekly internal meetings as well as client meetings.Relationship Building: Foster positive client relationships by understanding their needs and aligning them with company solutions in support of the Client Success Manager.Project Coordination: Approach your work with a project mindset, as we run much of our annual and quarterly planning on a project framework, to ensure client deliverables are met within established timelines.Reporting: Compile and present client metrics, preparing reports to share insights with the Client Success Manager and other key stakeholders.Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate potential challenges, offering proactive solutions to address client concerns.Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and refinement of workflows to enhance the client experience.Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in account management, client services, or a similar role, preferably in the certification and licensing industry (but not essential).Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g.
