Responsibilities: Maintain ledgers recording customer debt, communications, queries, and outcomes.
Ensure timely cash collection and recording of customer debt.
Resolve, negotiate, and conclude debt cases with internal and external customers.
Maintain accurate administration of customer account and case notes.
Work closely with customers and operational teams to ensure effective resolution of customer debt.
Requirements Demonstrate strong oral, negotiation, and written communication skills.
Demonstrate competence in using Microsoft Office tools.
A proven track record of providing strong customer service.
