Description of Role: Our client, is now seeking a Junior Administrator to join their team.
The successful candidate will work as part of the Patient Support Team and will provide excellent administration and reception duties to patients and visitors.
High-quality admin has the potential to improve patient experience, promote better care and contribute to a better working environment for staff.
Requirements: Must have some relevant customer service, data entry or office administration experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner / communication skills.
Must be a multitasker with the ability to adapt to most situations.
Must be a self-starter that demonstrates initiative and knows how to prioritise their work.
Must be meticulous- Proven attention to detail.

Computer literate in Microsoft Office.

Key Duties & Responsibilities: Patient data management.
Creating new records for patients.
Inputting & updating patient records in SAP CRM databases.
Uploading new patient set-ups from hospital clinics.
Assist in managing incoming and outgoing post.
Managing stock levels of our frequently used letters and brochures.
Assist in providing reception services for customers and visitors.
Accurate, efficient and timely data entry, order processing and sales admin.
Working to daily KPIs and month end deadlines and providing reports on same.
Assist patients and troubleshoot patient app issues.
Provide comprehensive solutions to queries.
Provide support to Customer Care, Diagnostics & Clinical teams.
Reviewing existing work processes, implementing changes where deemed necessary.
Delivery of first-class support and service in line with expected standards.
Schedule clinics and patient set ups for multiple clinic locations.
Ad hoc duties as required.
