Position Description: Research, develop and apply new innovative technologies to our healthcare productsBe an advocate of state-of-the-art technology and engineering approachesBuild new products and solutions that transform our industryWrite clean, maintainable code using the best industry standards for mission critical servicesWork with autonomy to find solutions to complex problems and be flexible and responsive to changing requirements and prioritiesBe a team member on a variety of projects including new product/component development, proofs of concept, and reengineering initiatives among othersThe ability for critical thinking outside your immediate sphere of responsibilityHave experience with commercial products and environments (not just internally focused)Have a collaborative working style and contribute to the development of our technical communities across the companyRequirements:BS or MS in Computer Science (or related technical discipline) or equivalent industry experience0 to 3 years experience as a developer with the curiosity and desire to learn new technologies, approaches, libraries and languagesExperience working in an Agile software development environment, processes and methodologiesSolid experience of complex data management environments (e.g. SQL Server, NoSQL, Kafka, Elasticsearch, etc)Good understanding of Distributed Systems, RESTful and Event driven Architectural stylesAn excellent communicator (in English), proactive and self-sufficient, with strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skillsProven ability to breakdown and clearly define problemsOpen to learn new technologies, methodologies and problem domainsAbility to establish credibility and build relationships at all levelsPassion for best quality practice and continuous professional developmentOur Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Cloud environments (preferably AWS, but knowledge about Azure or GCP will also be considered)Experience with C# and/or F#Experience with container technologies, e.g. Docker, K8sPassionate about applying Functional programming principles to craft bug-free softwareLove for outsourcing most of the hard work to the CompilerHealthcare experience (not a must, but desirable)Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion At LetsGetChecked, we are committed to fostering an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity in all its forms.
