Junior Company Secretary

A Financial Services company located in Dublin 1 is hiring a Junior Company Secretary to provide administrative support to the Board and sub-Committees of several entities.
This is a permanent position with the option to work in a hybrid capacity. Applications are open until Tuesday 29th October 2024. Experience required: A third level degree.Experience of working with legal frameworks, governance or statutory requirements will be advantageous.Excellent written and verbal skills including in report writing.Responsibilities: Assisting with drafting and review of:Board and Committee papers.Meeting minutes.Reports.Organisation of meetings including settling agendas, preparation of work programmes, organising presenters/speakers and scheduling.Advising the organisation on matters of Corporate Governance as well as drafting governance-related matters to be published on company websites and reports.Maintenance of Corporate Governance website.
