Our dynamic team of lawyers represents international and domestic clients including real estate developers and investors, asset managers, private equity firms, investment fund promoters, insurers, banks, corporates, financial institutions, government, public and supranational bodies, as well as newspapers, aviation, and maritime industry participants.
We are currently seeking a Junior Creative Designer to join the Marketing and Business Development department.
The designer will collaborate with the marketing team to design and maintain the Firm's visual identity across various platforms.
The designer will be responsible for creating visual assets for digital and video media, corporate communications, branding materials, and presentations.
Working closely with and under the guidance of the Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing and Business Development, they will collaborate with the marketing team and other internal stakeholders to design and maintain the firm's visual identity across various platforms and projects.
This will involve the creation of print and digital marketing materials supporting the firm's business development strategies.
Sophisticated, modern, and impactful designs are key principles to how the firm communicates with the market.
Projects are varied and will include B2B communications, video and podcasting, designs for client events, presentations, animations, digital advertising, and digital publications.
ResponsibilitiesWith direction from the Marketing Manager, the responsibilities of the Creative Designer will include:
Providing design support for all marketing collateral including adverts, briefings, presentations, infographics, flow-charts, social media, newsletters, and departmental brochures.Supporting the Firm's video and podcast content strategy, including filming/recording, editing, publishing, and cutting trailers for social media.Designing, producing, and editing visual/animated content including video, photo, and graphics for external communication and social media channels.Designing and laying out pitch documents, PowerPoint presentations, and other support materials.Assisting the internal business support departments with their design and branding requirements.Ensuring that all material adheres to the Firm's branding guidelines.Undertaking research on other professional services firms and current market trends to explore innovative ways to enhance and grow the brand identity.Additional Key Requirements2 years plus experience in graphic design.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant software (for example, Canva).Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, Premiere Rush, and Audition desirable, but not essential.High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to manage, write and understand briefs.Ability to multi-task and manage priorities to meet deadlines.Able to work collaboratively and autonomously.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions effectively.Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, and composition principles.Strong attention to detail.Experience in professional services, or other corporate environment, desirable but not essential.Benefits25 days annual leaveHealth CoverLife AssuranceIncome ProtectionPension SchemeDiscretionary annual bonus schemeTaxsaver SchemeBike to WorkApplicationsIf you are interested in this role, please email your Curriculum Vitae to ******, including the vacancy title (Junior Creative Designer – Marketing) in the subject line.
